Although I am always in front of my lappy everyday I make sure that I still do some cardio exercises and stretches. Exercise is good for our health and makes us vibrant and youthful looking. I know it’s really hard to lose weight, especially when you are eating a lot and you exercise less and your heart is pumping slowly. I’ve been to this stage and I don’t want to be unhealthy again because it’s no good. I also make sure that I am following the food pyramid by eating more fruit and vegetables and eating less oil, fatty and sweet foods. Exercise offers a lot of great benefits like:
So, keep on moving and don’t forget to drink plenty of water! Always remember, an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
with a lot of different kinds of diseases nowadays, exercise is one practice that we should really put in our schedule….this is to remind myself hehe
